Quad-SHARC® DSP Multiprocessor Family AD14060/AD14060L Rev. B is a quad-core DSP product from Analog Devices, which uses ADSP-21060 core processor and supports 5 V and 3.3 V operating voltages.
The AD14060/AD14060L is a high-performance DSP multiprocessor module based on the ADSP-21060 core processor. It integrates four SHARC processors within a single 308-lead ceramic quad flatpack (CQFP) package, offering a peak performance of 480 MFLOPS.
The device features 16 Mbit of shared SRAM internal to the SHARCs and supports up to 4 gigawords of off-module memory. It includes twelve 40 Mbyte/s link ports for inter-processor communication and external access, along with four independent serial ports and one common serial port. The module operates at 5 V and 3.3 V and is designed for applications requiring high performance density.
