Formosa MS FM4001 THRU FM4007 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the chip silicon rectifiers FM4001 to FM4007. They are glass passivated type products with a plastic package. The rectifiers have a UL Flammability Classification of 94V-O and are made of a flame retardant epoxy molding compound. They are designed for surface mounted applications and exceed the environmental standards of MIL-S-19500 / 228. The rectifiers have low leakage current.
