This document is a preliminary product description for the Sirenza Microdevices SPB-3018Z. Product features include lead free, RoHS compliant and green packaging, efficient Class AB operation, P1dB = 30 dBm @ 1960MHz, high linearity/ACP performance, MSL 1 moisture rating, power shutdown using VPC (less than 5uA IDQ). Application fields include W-CDMA, PCS and cellular systems as well as multi-carrier applications.
