ES29LV160D is a 16Mbit(2M x 8/1M x 16) CMOS 3.0 Volt-only, Boot Sector Flash Memory produced by Excel Semiconductor. The product supports single power supply, with a voltage range of 2.7V -3.6V, and supports read, write and erase operations. The product uses a storage structure with 16Kbyte x 1, 8Kbyte x 2, 32Kbyte x 1 boot sectors, and 64Kbyte x 31 sectors. The product packaging options are 48-pin TSOP and 48-ball FBGA, both of which are lead-free and RoHS-compliant. The product is manufactured using 0.18um process technology and is compatible with JEDEC standards. The pinout and software are compatible with single-power supply flash standards.
