This document is a technical datasheet for the Intersil DG426/A family of 2-Channel Drivers with SPST and DPST FET Switches. The devices interface with DTL, TTL, or RTL logic signals to control junction FET switches for multiplexing, commutating, and A/D converter applications.
The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics per channel (including input voltages, leakage currents, on-resistance, and drive power), and switching times. It also includes typical characteristic curves showing performance versus temperature.

The driver interfaces DTL, TTL or RTL logic signals.
Logic '1' at the input turns the FET switch ON, and logic '0' turns it OFF.
The maximum on-resistance is 15 ohms.
