BL8553 is belling's 400mA CMOS low dropout low power regulator, with low dropout, high precision, high reliability, etc. It is suitable for various portable electronic products, household appliances, communication equipment, automotive electronics and other fields.
The BL8553 is a positive voltage output, low dropout voltage, three-terminal regulator designed for battery-powered equipment. It features very low power consumption (7uA typical) and provides accurate regulation within the range of 1.5V to 6.0V in 0.1V steps.
The device includes an internal high accuracy voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit, and output driver module. It is available in SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, and SOT-89-3 packages.
