About this manual

The TC1426, TC1427, and TC1428 are a family of 1.2 A dual high‑speed MOSFET driver ICs fabricated with CMOS technology for low power consumption and high efficiency. They offer latch‑up protection, ESD protection up to +2 kV, low delay (75 ns max), and can drive capacitive loads up to 1000 pF.

These drivers are supplied in 8‑pin PDIP or SOIC packages and are intended for applications such as power MOSFET drivers, switched‑mode power supplies, pulse‑transformer drives, small motor controls, and print‑head drives. Pin functions include separate control inputs, dual outputs, and a supply pin supporting 4.5 V to 16 V.
