The UC284xA family of control ICs provides high‑performance current‑mode PWM control with features such as a trimmed oscillator, automatic feed‑forward compensation, latch‑type PWM for cycle‑by‑cycle current limiting, and an internally trimmed reference with under‑voltage lockout. The devices operate up to 500 kHz and include a high‑current totem‑pole output suitable for driving N‑channel MOSFETs.
