About this manual

The AD9233 is a monolithic, 12‑bit analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 1.8 V analog supply and a digital supply of 1.8 V to 3.3 V. It offers up to 125 MSPS sampling rates, a 650 MHz analog input bandwidth, and supports offset‑binary, Gray code, or two’s‑complement data formats via a standard SPI‑compatible serial port.

Key features include a low‑power consumption (as low as 40 mW in standby), built‑in voltage reference, programmable clock and data alignment, and a differential input architecture that provides excellent linearity (DNL ±0.15 LSB, INL ±1.2 LSB). The device is supplied in a 48‑lead LFCSP package and is rated for industrial temperature ranges (‑40 °C to +85 °C).
