This document describes the features and characteristics of the AD9869 Rev. A broadband modem mixed-signal front end, including a 12-bit DAC converter, 2×/4× interpolation filter, 200 MSPS DAC update rate, integrated 17 dBm line driver, etc.
The AD9869 mixed‑signal front‑end (MxFE) integrates a 12‑bit DAC, a 12‑bit ADC, a programmable 17 dBm line driver, and flexible digital interfaces for broadband modem transceivers. It supports half‑ and full‑duplex modes with data rates up to 80 MSPS and includes power‑saving options for individual functional blocks.
Available in a 64‑lead LFCSP package, the device operates over a commercial temperature range (‑40 °C to +85 °C) and provides programmable gain, interpolation filtering, and an on‑chip PLL clock multiplier with two auxiliary clock outputs.
