Vishay ZMY3V9 to ZMY100 Zener Diode Datasheet

This document describes the features and characteristics of the ZMY3V9 to ZMY100 series of voltage stabilizing diodes, which are used in stabilizing and clipping circuits with high power rating. The Zener voltages are graded according to the international E 24 standard, and smaller voltage tolerances are available upon request. These diodes are also available in the DO41 case with the type designation ZPY3V9 to ZPY100.
