About this manual

The LM2698 is a general‑purpose PWM boost converter that operates from 2.2 V to 12 V input and can deliver up to 1.35 A output current. It features a pin‑selectable switching frequency (600 kHz or 1.25 MHz), a shutdown pin for low quiescent current, and an external compensation pin for flexible frequency control.

The device is supplied in a low‑profile 8‑lead MSOP package (MUA08A) and includes detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, and typical performance graphs for efficiency, switching frequency, and thermal resistance.
