FREESCALE SEMICONDUCTOR 33977 Single Gauge Driver handbook

The 33977 is a Freescale Semiconductor production of a single gauge driver. It adopts Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) control and integrates dual H-Bridge coil driver and associated control logic. The device can be used in measurement instrument systems that require distributed and flexible stepper motor gauge driving. The device also eases the transition from air core motors to stepper motors by emulating the damped air core pointer movement.
