The MAX4995 family (MAX4995A, AF, AL, B, C) are programmable current‑limit switches that protect host devices from over‑current conditions. They operate from a 1.7 V to 5.5 V supply, provide a selectable current limit of 50 mA to 600 mA, and feature a low 130 mΩ typical on‑resistance.
The devices are offered in three compact packages (10‑pin UTQFN, 6‑pin SOT23, 8‑pin TDFN) and operate over an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
