About this manual

The Maxim MAX310 and MAX311 are CMOS monolithic analog multiplexers/demultiplexers designed for RF and video signal frequencies from DC to video bandwidth. The MAX310 provides a 1‑of‑8 configuration while the MAX311 offers 2‑of‑8 (four differential) channels. Both devices feature high off‑isolation, wide supply range and low power consumption.

The handbook includes absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, decode logic, application hints, and detailed test circuits for isolation, delay, charge injection and crosstalk. It also provides typical performance graphs and recommended PCB layout guidelines to maintain high‑frequency isolation.
