The MAX2209 is a wideband RF power detector from Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. It works in the frequency range of 800MHz to 2GHz. It features a 4-Bump, 1mm2 UCSP™ package, a power detection range of -25dBm to 0dBm, and a temperature detection error of ±0.5dB.
The MAX2209 RF power detector from Maxim Integrated is designed for wide‑band applications such as dual‑band WCDMA handsets and high‑speed packet access (HSDPA/HSUPA). It accepts an RF signal from a directional coupler and provides a temperature‑independent DC voltage proportional to the input power.
The device is supplied in a compact 2 × 2 mm, 0.5 mm pitch wafer‑level package (WLP) and requires only two external components. Typical application circuits, pin descriptions, and layout recommendations are included to aid integration into RF front‑end designs. This manual is written in Chinese.
