Guida is an ultra compact light source that can seamlessly integrate into architectural features or furniture. Guida modules operate on a low voltage current, making them safer and easier to work with. The light from Guida modules contains no UV or IR radiation, making it safe for use on food and light-sensitive materials. Guida modules are available in deep saturated colors and a range of warm and cool white options. All Guida modules are sealed to IP67 and can be used in both interior and exterior applications. Guida requires minimal maintenance and has a long life of up to 50,000 operating hours. Guida modules are extremely robust, resistant to vibrations, and contain no glass parts. Guida starts up instantly, even at temperatures as low as -20°C.
The GU-MBX ground box is designed for the Guida ultra‑compact lighting modules. It offers an IP67 sealed enclosure, low‑voltage operation, and a slim form factor that can be integrated into architectural features, furniture, or exterior applications. The box supports both flush and domed top configurations and is built from an aluminium body with a snap‑on cover.
Technical data include a 45 mm diameter housing, dimensions of 100 × 40 × 25 mm for the module, supply voltage range of 85‑265 VAC, power consumption of 1.2 W, and a recommended 350 mA constant‑current driver. The modules operate down to –20 °C and provide up to 35 lumens of light output in the white version.
