Frequently asked questions

What causes the multimeter to shut down automatically?

The instrument powers off automatically after 10 to 59 minutes of inactivity when no keys or the rotary switch are used, unless continuous operation mode is selected.

What safety features protect against overload?

Overload protection limits the instrument to 1000 V in all functions and provides acoustic warnings for voltages above 1000 V or currents above 10 A/16 A.
