This is the datasheet of the 32.0-42.0 GHz GaAs MMIC sub-harmonic image reject mixer from Mimix Broadband. The mixer has a conversion loss of 9.0 dB and 18.0 dB image rejection, and is suitable for Millimeter-wave Point-to-Point Radio, LMDS, SATCOM and VSAT applications.
The XM1003‑BD image reject mixer from Mimix Broadband is a GaAs HBT MMIC designed for millimeter‑wave up‑ or down‑conversion. It operates from 32 GHz to 42 GHz, provides a conversion loss of 9 dB and an image rejection of 18 dB across the band. The device requires an external 90° hybrid to select the desired sideband and supports both USB and LSB operation.
The datasheet includes absolute‑maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, mechanical drawing dimensions, handling and assembly guidelines, and an application note for USB/LSB selection. Ordering information and part numbers for evaluation modules are also provided.
