This document is about BTHQ 21605V-FSRE-I2C-COG specification. It is a 16 character (5x8 dots) x2 line FSTN positive black and white reflective LCD character module. It is driven by a 1:18 multiplexed drive, 1/4 bias. The optimal viewing direction is 6 o'clock. The driving IC is 'PHILIPS' PCF 2119RU/2/F2 COG form LCD controller/driver. The data interface is I2C bus. It has RTV coating.
