NORITAKE-ITRON GU256x64D-3900 handbook

NORITAKE ITRON VFD modules are 256 x 64 dot graphic VFD modules with a single 5V supply, high brightness blue-green display, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module includes VF display glass, VF drivers, and micro-controller ICs with refresh RAM, character generator, and interface logic. It features a high-speed 8-bit parallel interface and an asynchronous serial interface, with three character font tables and user-defined characters available.
