This document describes how to use the remote control for the Vision server products, including how to program the remote control and how to use the remote control to control other devices
This guide explains how to program the Vision Taurus wireless IR remote, including assigning the four R‑source buttons to specific Vision units and configuring the universal source buttons (TV, CBL, DVD, RCV) for other devices. It also covers resetting the remote to factory defaults and using macro keys for multi‑command sequences.
Appendices provide a comprehensive list of universal device codes and the RC6 Mode 6A IR protocol key table, enabling integration with third‑party control systems and detailed troubleshooting steps for programming errors.
| IR protocol | Philips RC6 Mode 6A |
|---|---|
| Operating range | up to 30 feet |
