The iDrive Sync is a unique product designed for remote control of up to 96 DMX address locations for RGB applications. It can control up to 32 individual RGB fixtures, where each fixture consists of a consecutive block of 3 DMX addresses. The product is primarily designed for use with the iDrive-lite and the iDrive-1000, and uses an Infra Red 30 button hand-set for setting and recalling up to 64 different scenes programmed in to the memory.
The iDrive™ Sync is a solid‑state lighting controller that lets a user remotely manage up to 96 DMX address locations (32 RGB fixtures) in four separate zones. It uses a 30‑button infrared handset for selecting static colours, cyclic effects, chases, phasing, speed and scene recall, with a manual reset button for the last four stored scenes.
The unit includes a rugged anodized aluminium case, a wall‑plug power supply (240 V AC, 60 Hz), RJ45‑to‑5‑pin XLR output, and a 7‑segment red LED display. Electrical specs include a 14 W maximum consumption, 12 V DC output at 500 mA, and less than 1 W sleep‑mode power. Dimensions are 2170 × 90 × 55 mm and weight 430 g. The handset is powered by two AA batteries (not supplied).
