The EMV 1125 is an easy-to-mount LCD digital panel meter. The user need only drill a single 5.5mm hole in the panel. The module is fitted to the panel by locating its screw threaded stud through the hole, fitting the washer and tightening the nut provided. The module's 10 connecting wires pass through the hollow stud into the target application, where they can be easily soldered into place. The module features 200mV full scale input, auto-zero and auto-polarity. A separate screw terminal adaptor board (T/BLK-4) simplifies connection and calibration. A rubber seal is included, providing splashproof protection for the unit when fitted to the meter during installation.
The EMV 1125 is a single‑hole mounting LCD digital panel meter designed for easy installation. It features a 200 mV full‑scale input, auto‑zero, auto‑polarity, and a splash‑proof design. The manual explains how to drill a 5.5 mm hole, attach the module with its screw‑stud, washer and nut, and route the ten connecting wires.
Installation can be performed with or without the optional screw‑terminal adaptor board (T/BLK‑4). The guide covers wiring colour codes, optional input filtering, scaling resistors, and calibration circuitry, as well as safety requirements such as compliance with the Low Voltage Directive and BS EN 61010.

A single 5.5 mm (≈ 0.22 in) hole must be drilled in the panel for the mounting stud.
The meter is calibrated for a 200 mV full‑scale input.
A calibration circuit with potentiometer and optional scaling resistors must be fitted and adjusted; recalibration is required periodically.
The device must comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD 93/68/EEC) and BS EN 61010 for measuring equipment.
