The LT1630/LT1631 are dual/quad, rail-to-rail input and output op amps with a 30MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 10V/µs slew rate. They have the following features: gain-bandwidth product of 30MHz, slew rate of 10V/µs, low supply current per amplifier of 3.5mA, input common mode range includes both rails, rail-to-rail output swings, rail-to-rail input offset voltage of up to 525µV, input offset current of up to 150nA, input bias current of up to 1000nA, minimum open-loop gain of 1000V/mV, low input noise voltage of 6nV/√Hz, low distortion at -91dBc at 100kHz, wide supply range from 2.7V to ±15V, large output drive current of at least 35mA, available in dual 8-pin PDIP and SO packages and quad narrow 14-pin SO package.
