Frequently asked questions

Why does Windows show a “No Reader Found” message?

Make sure the board is powered, the Teridian USB CCID driver appears without errors in Device Manager, the Smart Card Service is running, and then refresh the CCID application.

What does a yellow “!” on the Teridian driver in Device Manager indicate?

It means the driver did not complete enumeration; reset the board, reconnect directly to a PC USB port, and verify the driver version is at least 6.0.0.2.
