About this manual

The LMV225, LMV226, and LMV228 are 30 dB RF power detectors designed for CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, EDGE, GPRS and TDMA applications. They operate from 450 MHz to 2 GHz and provide a temperature‑compensated output voltage that is linear to the RF input power in dBm.

These devices are offered in a 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm × 0.6 mm micro‑SMD package and, for LMV225 and LMV228, also in a 2.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 0.8 mm LLP package. They feature a logic‑low shutdown mode, a supply range of 2.7 V‑5.5 V, and an output voltage range of 0.2 V‑2 V.
