This document introduces the SS-STB-B-1 product from 3rd Platform Ltd. It is a standalone GPRS control module that can be used to control analog and digital sensors.
The SS‑STB‑B‑1 is a stand‑alone GPRS‑enabled controller designed for remote monitoring of analog and digital sensors such as temperature, humidity, fluid level and thermostat signals. It provides three analog inputs (0‑10 V, 4‑20 mA, PTC) and four digital inputs, a RS‑232 serial port, and two indication LEDs, all housed in a DIN‑rail‑mountable case.
Configuration is performed with a PC application (Logic Flow) that allows users to set thresholds, alarms, phone‑book and server lists without programming knowledge. The device can send alerts via SMS or GPRS on mains power failure and supports internet connectivity for remote monitoring from mobile phones or web interfaces.
