Start entering the initial letters of the contact; the system automatically searches and sorts matching entries from the SIM card, contacts, and call history, then select the desired number to dial.
Make sure the SIM card is installed properly, check if the network is SIM‑locked, or test the SIM in another phone to see if it is damaged.
