ST TLPxxM/G/G-1 handbook

TLPxxM/G/G-1 is a tripolar transient surge arrestor manufactured by ST Microelectronics. It is used for primary and secondary protection of sensitive telecom equipment. Its features include repetitive peak pulse current of 100A (10 / 1000µs), holding current of 150mA, low capacitance of 110pF, and low leakage current of 5µA. It has aging and noise resistant features. If destroyed, it will fall into short circuit, still ensuring protection. It is available in PowerSO-10TM and D2PAK packages for surface mount applications.
