NXP BTA201 Series B/E/ER Triac Datasheet

BTA201 series B, E and ER 1A three-quadrant triacs are high commutated with high switching capability. They are suitable for interfacing with low power drivers including microcontrollers. BTA201-600E/800E/ER have reverse pinning option.
