AT34C02C is a 2KB serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) manufactured by ATMEL, with permanent and reversible software write protection features, and entire array hardware write protection available via an external pin.
The AT34C02C provides 2048 bits of serial EEPROM organized as 256 words of 8 bits each. It operates from 1.7 V to 5.5 V and is offered in compact 8‑lead packages such as SOIC, Ultra Thin Mini‑MAP, TSSOP and 8‑ball dBGA2.
