This document introduces the features of Microchip's ATmega328PB series microcontrollers.
The ATtiny43U is a low‑power CMOS 8‑bit microcontroller based on Atmel's AVR RISC architecture. It offers 4 KB of in‑system programmable flash, 64 B EEPROM, 256 B SRAM, a 10‑bit ADC, two 8‑bit timer/counters with PWM, a universal serial interface and an on‑chip boost converter that supplies 3 V from low input voltages.
Pin‑out diagrams and package options are provided for the 20‑pin SOIC and 20‑pin QFN/MLF variants. Development resources, code examples and further documentation are available from Atmel's website.
| Flash Memory | 4 KB |
|---|---|
| EEPROM | 64 B |
| SRAM | 256 B |
| Operating Voltage | 0.7‑1.8 V (boost) / 1.8‑5.5 V (bypassed) |
| Clock Speed | 0‑8 MHz (2.7‑5.5 V) |
| ADC Resolution | 10‑bit |
| Timers | Two 8‑bit Timer/Counters with two PWM channels |

It operates from 0.7 V to 1.8 V using the on‑chip boost converter, and from 1.8 V to 5.5 V when the boost converter is bypassed.
The device includes 4 KB of in‑system programmable flash memory.
It is offered in 20‑Pin SOIC and 20‑Pin QFN/MLF packages.
