About this manual

The TMP35, TMP36 and TMP37 are low‑voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors from Analog Devices. They provide a voltage output linearly proportional to temperature, require no external calibration, and operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Typical accuracies are ±1 °C (F‑grade) or ±2 °C (G‑grade) at 25 °C, with very low quiescent current (<50 pA) and a shutdown current of 0.5 pA max.

The devices are offered in TO‑92, SOIC‑N and SOT‑23 packages, feature a shutdown pin for ultra‑low power, and include detailed specifications for absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance, ESD protection, and typical performance characteristics such as output voltage, supply current, and response time.
