ADuC814 is a 12-bit ADC with embedded Flash MCU produced by Analog Devices.
The ADuC814 MicroConverter integrates a 12‑bit, 247 kSPS ADC, dual 12‑bit DACs, an 8052‑compatible core, on‑chip Flash/EE memory and a range of digital peripherals such as UART, SPI, timers and a watchdog. It operates from a single 3 V or 5 V supply and is specified for an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.
The device is offered in a 28‑lead TSSOP package and includes features for low‑power applications, such as a 15 pA power‑down current and a programmable power‑supply monitor. Detailed specifications, pin descriptions, memory organization and ordering information are provided in the handbook.
