This document describes the features and characteristics of Analog Devices' REV. A product, including high slew rate, fast settling time, low input offset voltage drift, wide bandwidth, temperature-compensated input bias currents, low input noise current, and high common-mode rejection ratio.
The OP215 operational amplifier combines high‑speed JFET‑input performance with a dual‑op‑amp configuration. It offers low input offset voltage, low input bias current, and temperature‑compensated bias currents, making it suitable for high‑speed current‑output DACs, active filters, sample‑and‑hold buffers, and photocell amplifiers.
The device is supplied in 8‑lead hermetic CERDIP and plastic DIP packages, with absolute maximum ratings of 18 V supply voltage and a junction temperature up to 150 °C. Detailed electrical characteristics, typical performance graphs, and ordering information are provided for both the E‑grade and G‑grade versions.
