The AD7701 is a 16-bit ADC that uses a sigma-delta conversion technique. It features a monolithic 16-bit ADC, 0.0015% linearity error, programmable low-pass filter with a corner frequency of 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, analog input range of 0 V to +2.5 V or -2.5 V, 4 kSPS output data rate, flexible serial interface, and ultralow power consumption.
