About this manual

The AD7671 is a 16‑bit, charge‑redistribution SAR analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 5 V supply. It offers a high‑speed 1 MSPS throughput in Warp mode and 800 kSPS in Normal mode, with selectable input voltage ranges (bipolar ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V; unipolar 0‑10 V, 0‑5 V, 0‑25 V) and both parallel and serial interfaces.

Available in 48‑lead LQFP and 48‑lead LFCSP packages, the device is rated from –40 °C to +85 °C and is suited for communication, instrumentation, spectrum analysis, medical instruments, and process‑control applications.
