About this manual

The AD7677 is a 16‑bit, 1 MSPS charge‑redistribution SAR ADC that operates from a single 5 V supply. It offers both parallel (8‑bit/16‑bit) and 2‑wire serial interfaces, selectable speed modes (Warp, Normal, Impulse), and low power consumption down to 7 µW in power‑down.

The device is supplied in 48‑lead LQFP or LFCSP packages and is specified for operation from –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed specifications include resolution, INL, SNR, THD, power dissipation, and timing parameters for both serial and parallel modes.
