The AD9613 is a 12-bit, 170 MSPS/210 MSPS/250 MSPS, 1.8 V dual analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that features high SNR, high SFDR, low power consumption and flexible analog input range.
The AD9613 dual‑channel analog‑to‑digital converter provides 12‑bit resolution with selectable sampling rates of 170, 210 or 250 MSPS. It features a multistage differential pipeline architecture, integrated voltage reference, and LVDS output drivers that can operate in ANSI or reduced‑swing mode.
The device is supplied at 1.8 V for both analog (AVDD) and digital (DRVDD) rails, consumes 770 mW at the maximum 250 MSPS rate, and includes power‑down modes for energy saving. A 3‑wire SPI interface allows register programming and built‑in self‑test capabilities. The datasheet includes detailed specifications, timing diagrams, pin configurations, and design guidelines for PCB layout.
