ArcSoft PhotoBase is an image management software developed by ArcSoft, Inc. It supports both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. The software features online registration and a quick start guide.
The Quick Start Guide introduces ArcSoft VideoImpression, a consumer‑level video editing and presentation program for Windows and Macintosh. It includes contact information for ArcSoft worldwide support, a software licensing agreement, and an overview of the program’s capabilities such as TWAIN‑compliant image acquisition, album organization, storyboard editing, and built‑in email sharing.
The guide walks users through system requirements, installation procedures, and core functions like creating albums, editing images and video, adding text and transitions, and saving or exporting movies. It also explains how to print still images from video frames and how to use the various control buttons on the View and Edit screens.
