About this manual

The XC9235/XC9236/XXC9237 series are synchronous‑rectification DC/DC converters that integrate a P‑channel MOS driver and an N‑channel MOS switch. They operate from low input voltages (2.0 V‑6.0 V or 1.8 V‑6.0 V depending on type) and deliver a fixed or adjustable output voltage with high efficiency (up to 92 % typical). The devices include features such as soft‑start, UVLO, discharge function, and selectable oscillation frequencies of 1.2 MHz or 3.0 MHz.

The series is offered in three package styles—SOT‑25, USP‑6C, and low‑profile USP‑6EL—and supports a maximum output current of 600 mA. Detailed pin assignments, block diagrams, and electrical characteristics are provided for design integration.
