In standby, long‑press CLK.ADJ until the hour blinks, use TIME‑DN or TIME‑UP to adjust the hour, press CLK.ADJ, adjust minutes, press CLK.ADJ again, adjust the weekday, then press CLK.ADJ to confirm.
