SWP-C80 dry-type transformer temperature controller is a instrument with full computer digital automatic calibration and powerful network communication function. It has functions such as circulating display or maximum temperature display, automatic or manual control of cooling fan, output function detection, display and remote transmission of fan start-stop signal and overtemperature alarm signal. In addition, the instrument also has a black box function to save the monitoring parameters before power failure, and supports serial communication function. It adopts full digital calibration, which is easy to use.
The SWP‑C80 controller is a digital, fully computer‑controlled device for monitoring and protecting dry‑type power transformers. It provides temperature display for each phase, automatic or manual fan control, alarm outputs, black‑box data retention and optional serial communication for remote monitoring.
The manual covers functional overview, calibration criteria, model variants, panel description, step‑by‑step operation, common fault handling, accessory list, ordering information, wiring diagrams and maintenance warranty details. This manual is written in Chinese.

Press the ▲ key to force the fan on manually (the manual indicator lights); press ▲ again to return to automatic control.
It stores all monitoring parameters before a power loss so they can be retrieved later.
The controller displays “88888”, its communication address and version, then shows the phase indicators in red, green and yellow before entering normal operation.
