PageProofer 1.5 is a software tool that lets you import, arrange and edit digital images for printing on Epson printers. It stores only links to the original files, so layout files occupy minimal hard‑disk space.
The manual covers system requirements, starting the program, creating and customizing layouts, applying color‑management settings, and printing. Separate sections describe the Mac and Windows workflows, image‑editing functions, and how to add text, headers, footers, and cut marks.

Open the Start menu, point to Programs (or All Programs on Windows XP), select EPSON PageProofer, and then click EPSON PageProofer to launch the software.
In the layout editor, choose the option to add a header or footer from the menu, then enter the desired text in the provided fields.
