About this manual

The Maxim MAX13202E, MAX13204E, MAX13206E and MAX13208E are low‑capacitance diode arrays that protect sensitive electronics on communication lines from ESD events. Each channel consists of a pair of diodes that steer ESD current to VCC or GND, providing ±15 kV Human Body Model and ±30 kV Air‑Gap discharge protection.

These devices are offered in 6‑, 8‑ and 10‑pin µDFN packages and are specified for operation from –40 °C to +125 °C. They feature a 6 pF input capacitance per channel, low leakage (≤1 nA), and a supply voltage range of 0.9 V to 16 V. Proper PCB layout and bypass capacitors are recommended to minimize parasitic inductance and ensure reliable ESD protection.
