TLP555 is an 8PIN DIP package optocoupler produced by Toshiba. It combines GaAℓAs infrared emitting diode and high-gain high-speed integrated circuit receiving chip. It is suitable for isolated bus drivers, high-speed line receivers, microprocessor system interfaces, MOS FET gate drive, and transistor inverters. It has bidirectional driving capability, and the receiving side has Schmitt circuit and tri-state output circuit, with high common mode noise rejection capability.
