Common causes

• The measuring unit is not connected. p. 66

What to do

1. Turn off the power, connect the measuring unit, and then turn on the power again. The display value is reset to zero. p. 66
2. Check that the measuring unit signal connector is secured by screws. p. 66
3. Check that the conduit cable is not damaged or disconnected. p. 66
4. Check to see if the measuring unit has moved faster than the maximum response speed, or if there was a large vibration. p. 66
5. Check for high noise levels. (Try replacing with a normal axis.) p. 66
6. Disconnect the AC adaptor, and then reconnect after 1 to 2 minutes. p. 66
7. Perform resetting operation. p. 66
