This product is a high-precision delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter that uses Easy Drive technology to achieve direct sampling of large RC networks. This technology does not require on-chip buffers and has higher performance.

This document describes the industry's first 4-switch buck-boost controller that achieves the highest efficiency using a single inductor. The controller uses a constant frequency current mode architecture and can seamlessly switch between buck, boost, and buck/boost modes within a wide input and output range. It features high efficiency operation, soft-start, and fault protection including overvoltage protection, current foldback, and on-time limitation.

This design note introduces a high efficiency two-phase boost converter that minimizes input and output current ripple. The converter uses the LTC1871-7 synchronous buck controller, operating at 300kHz with an output voltage of 24V and an output current of 10A.

The LTC®2923 power supply tracking controller can be used to margin supplies in addition to its usual task of tracking multiple power supplies.

ThinSOT Micropower Buck Regulator Has Low Output Ripple

This document introduces the importance of LT5528 WCDMA ACPR and AltCPR measurements, as well as the test setup for these measurements. The LT5528 is a high linearity direct I/Q modulator that accepts complex modulation signals and generates modulated RF signals at the RF output. However, accurately measuring the spectral regrowth of the LT5528 is challenging due to its dynamic range potentially rivaling that of the measurement equipment, necessitating the consideration of measurement system noise. The document provides specific test setups and measurement parameters.

This document introduces an integrated current sensing technology that can be used to monitor and protect automotive systems. The technology uses the LT ®6100 and LTC6101 high side current-sense amplifiers to accurately measure the current draw of each subsystem. This technology can help automotive designers to perform real-time monitoring in harsh automotive battery-bus environments.

The LTC3456 is a multiple output DC/DC converter that runs off 2-cell AA batteries, USB, or an AC wall adapter. It is designed for mobile devices, including MP3 players, portable GPS units, digital cameras, and handheld computers.

This document introduces a monolithic converter that drives high power LEDs. The converter can be configured in various topologies to achieve high power constant current output. It is a 3A DC/DC step-up converter with dual rail-to-rail current sense amplifiers and an internal 3A, 42V switch. It combines a traditional voltage feedback loop and two unique current feedback loops to operate as a constant-current and/or constant-voltage source.

The document introduces a new type of isolated converter with simplicity and performance design, which can achieve high efficiency, low cost, and minimum part count similar to buck converters.

This document introduces a monolithic step-down regulator that can withstand the rigors of automotive environments and consumes only 100µA of quiescent current. The regulator is able to precisely regulate an output voltage in the face of wide temperature and input voltage ranges, including load dump transients in excess of 60V and cold crank voltage drops to 4V. The regulator is also able to minimize battery drain by maintaining high efficiency over a broad load current range. The LT3437 is a 200kHz fixed frequency, 500mA monolithic buck switching regulator with a 3.3V to 80V input voltage range, making it ideal for harsh automotive environments.

This document introduces the features of Easy Drive™ ADCs, which simplify the measurement of high impedance sensors. Delta-sigma ADCs are ideal for directly measuring many types of sensors, with high accuracy and high noise immunity. The LTC®2484 family of Delta-sigma converters solves the problem of input sampling currents overwhelming high source impedances or low-bandwidth, micropower signal conditioning circuits by balancing the input currents, thus simplifying or eliminating the need for signal conditioning circuits. The document provides an example of thermistor measurement.
