The file provides detailed information on the features and characteristics of these products, including frequency range, sampling rate, resolution and dynamic range.

The AD9002 is an 8-bit, high-speed analog-to-digital converter. It is fabricated in an advanced bipolar process, allowing operation at sampling rates exceeding 150 megasamples/second. The AD9002 consists of 256 parallel comparator stages, whose outputs are decoded to drive ECL compatible output latches. An exceptionally wide large signal analog input bandwidth of 160 MHz is achieved through innovative comparator design and careful attention to device layout considerations.

AD9000 is a 6-bit high-speed ADC produced by Analog Devices. The maximum conversion rate can reach 77 MS/s. The device adopts the standard flash converter architecture and integrates 64 independent comparators, which can simultaneously determine the precise analog signal level. AD9000 also has low error rate, low input capacitance and overflow bit, which is suitable for communication, electronic warfare, radar and other fields.

2SJ130(L) and 2SJ130(S) are high voltage and high power switching tubes, using silicon P-channel MOSFET, with low on-resistance, high switching speed, low drive current, no secondary breakdown, etc. It is suitable for switching regulators, DC-DC converters and ultrasonic power oscillators.

This document describes the application, features, and characteristics of 2SJ130(L), 2SJ130(S) silicon P-channel MOS FET. It is suitable for high-speed power switching, switching regulators, DC-DC converters, and ultrasonic power oscillators.

This file provides information about AD7225, including functional description and application example. AD7225 is a 4-channel 8-bit voltage output D/A converter with output buffer amplifiers and interface logic, which is compatible with most 8-bit microprocessors.

The document describes a LC2MOS 8-bit DAC chip called AD7224, which includes output amplifiers. This chip can be operated with a single or dual power supply, and has a low total unadjusted error of less than 1 LSB over a wide temperature range. The single-chip design and CMOS fabrication result in low power consumption. The chip is available in standard 18-pin DIP, 20-pin surface mount, and SOIC packages.

The AD722 is a low cost RGB to NTSC/PAL Encoder that converts red, green and blue color component signals into their corresponding luminance (baseband amplitude) and chromi- nance (subcarrier amplitude and phase) signals in accordance with either NTSC or PAL standards. These two outputs are also combined to provide composite video output. All three out- puts can simultaneously drive 75 Ω, reverse-terminated cables. All logical inputs are CMOS compatible. The chip operates from a single +5 V supply. No external delay lines or filters are required. The AD722 may be powered down when not in use. The AD722 accepts either FSC or 4FSC clock. When a clock is not available, a low cost parallel-resonant crystal (3.58 MHz (NTSC) or 4.43 MHz (PAL)) and the AD722’s on-chip oscilla- tor generate the necessary subcarrier clock. The AD722 also ac- cepts the subcarrier clock, which can be derived from an external crystal or the chip’s on-chip oscillator.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the AD720 and AD721 RGB to NTSC/PAL encoders. It includes functional block diagrams and connection diagrams, explaining the input/output interfaces and operation of the products. The encoders are capable of converting RGB signals to composite video signals, chrominance, and luminance signals that comply with the NTSC and PAL encoding standards. They do not require external filters or delay lines, can drive 75-ohm terminated loads, and have compact packaging and low power consumption.
